• We personally use Saugatuck Modern Farmhouse multiple times a year and take great care of it. Features modern furnishings, while maintaining a comfortable, cozy feel consistent with the character of the house.

• Our local property manager, Colleen, is very responsive and can address any questions/concerns about the house

RATES

Nightly Rates are $250 - $1,600 per night, 2-night minimum, holidays/peak may have higher rates

Weekly rates are between $2,500 - $11,000 per week depending on the time of year. Low season weekly specials available November to March, excluding holidays.

To confirm your reservation, 50% of rental fees and a signed short-rental agreement must be received within 48 hours of booking; balance of rental fees and security deposit are due within 60 days of check-in.
