Saugatuck Modern Farmhouse

“Our 3 generation annual family trip was in Saugatuck this year and we were so blessed to have been able to spend it in this beautiful modern farm house. It was even more lovely then the photos show and accommodated out Family of 12 perfectly. The communication between Alex and I was very professional. The home was clean and welcoming. The layout is family friendly with a lower entertainment area. The home not only has an indoor fireplace but a outside as well for late night smores. One of the best if not the best Vrbo for our family through the many years we have been taking these annual vacations. Thank you for the privilege of letting us share in this beautiful space and we hope to stay again in the future.”

“Extremely well equipped spacious home with plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for our group of 13 celebrating an 80th birthday. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped for home-cooked meals for a large group. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and dishes, plus all kinds of helpful kitchen gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with all kinds of toys, games, and entertainment options for all generations, including beach toys, strollers, and Pack & Plays (our group did not use these, but was impressed with the supplies). We loved the screened porch which comfortably seated our group, the larger dining table and the nice family room. We very much appreciated the great location, within a 8-minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. Alex, the manager, was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for activities. We highly recommend this home and would love to come back soon!”

“Our multi-generational family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. There was plenty of space so we could spread out and still come together in the living/ dining area. We also loved sitting out on the side screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the helpful labels on the cupboards and drawers. It’s a short 3 block walk into town which we did every day. There was adequate parking for us, as well. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this property!”

“This house is exactly as advertised and then some. We had four families - six adults and six kids - and the house was perfect for us. We had more than ample space to hangout, eat and for the kids to play. There is a massive finished basement with a ping pong table, toys for toddlers, and a large living room for movie watching. The kitchen is spacious, beautiful and very well stocked. We cooked a couple meals there and lacked for nothing. The bedrooms are spacious and there are multiple configurations that should fit everyone. The house is also up against a large field and baseball diamond for the local junior high and high school. Great for kids to run around and play on. The owners were super communicative and responded to questions in real time. This is a perfect house for a large group looking to spend some time in this wonderful city!”

“We planned a multi-generational stay in Saugatuck for Labor Day Weekend and this house was perfection. Plenty of space to spread out, a quick walk to downtown, a short drive to Oval Beach and Saugatuck State Park. The kitchen was a dream - we ended up staying in and cooking dinners because the kitchen had everything. We had endless ping pong tournaments with the kids and morning coffees on the screened in porch. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Spacious and well equipped. It was so great to have extras (beach chairs, beach toys, pack-n-play, strollers) at the house to use so we had more space for packing. We were a group of 5 families with toddlers and this house perfectly met our needs. The short walk to the shops and dining and short drive to the beach was ideal. Thank you for a lovely weekend!”

I have stayed at plenty of rental properties, and no house has ever been this clean, organized, and convenient. We had plenty of space to spread out and plenty to do when we were together. And the owner is fantastic at communicating. Everything in Saugatuck is within walking distance, and several other towns are just a short drive away. We look forward to returning soon.”

“Alex was an excellent communicator before and during our stay. We stayed 3 nights with 10 adults, and it was a perfect home for our gathering. We especially enjoyed the generous space, comfortable beds, two outdoor seating areas (including the outdoor fireplace), the well-equipped kitchen, and the overall comfortable feel of the whole house. It was just as was described and pictured in the listing. I would highly recommend staying here if you’d like to visit Saugatuck!”

“This beautiful place was exactly as pictured and once you stepped inside, the warmly decorated home was spotless. The kitchen was designed to hold all 8 of us very easily as we cooked, ate and sat around the large inviting table catching up with friends. The large great room was cozy. The individual bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and comfy. Also, you won’t have to look far for anything you might need in the kitchen. Everything is labeled and easily accessible. Highly recommended!”

“Super comfortable home, with great spaces and location! With a 1 year old, loved the downstairs bedroom, playroom space and mini fridge. The stroller and toys were fun too. Spent hours together on the fabulous screen porch with cool breezes even on 90 degree days. Loved the grill, kitchen and dining, so endied up cooking more than eating out, but still walked to town daily for playground, ducks, ice cream and more. Really enjoyed beach days, returning for water sunsets as so close. Crane's Orchard and Bakery is awesome too. Communication and cleanliness were great! Highly recommend and hope to rent again next summer (though Spring or Fall would be great too).”
