The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet a 5-min walk to Downtown Saugatuck. Easy access to downtown Saugatuck restaurants, shops, and art galleries.
Oval Beach (on Lake Michigan), one of the top fresh water beaches in the US, is a short drive away.
Just cross the bridge and you reach Downtown Douglas, where you can enjoy additional art galleries, restaurants and shops.
We have owned this house for the past seven years. This home is a newer, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom farmhouse, with 4,500 sf of living space on a large city lot. Sleeps 16 people
Decorated in the Farmhouse Modern style.
Our favorite features are the screened-in porch, the gourmet kitchen, and the outdoor fireplace.

Lower level Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a King bed. There is an adjacent office. This is the fifth bedroom in the house.
For a lower level bedroom, there is plenty of natural light from the window

The sixth bedroom is above the garage, and features an en-suite bathroom, queen bed, and desk.

This area is great for happy hour and relaxing in the evenings while the fire keeps you warm
Great for s'mores with the family
Enjoy some local brews while you relax. Our favorite is Oberon
We have a gas grille and charcoal grill available for use. Propane is provided.
We recently added a corn hole set, to enjoy outdoors
