Who is Saugatuck Vacation Rentals NOT a good fit for?
Parties or events: Our homes are in quiet, residential neighborhoods. If you are planning a party or event, our homes are not a good fit. We do not have parking or space for large gatherings and greatly value good relations with our neighbors.
Groups with pets. Several of our regular guests have severe allergies, so we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
Groups where the principal renter is under 30 years old. The principal renter must be 30 years or older and present during the stay.
Groups that wish to smoke inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
A rental agreement is required to rent these properties. Note that cameras are present outside the house, and noise monitoring devices (privacy compliant) are present inside and outside the house.

“I think this was the nicest house we have ever rented. Not only is it beautiful, it is the most well-equipped house we have seen. There is anything and everything you could possibly want to cook a huge meal in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen equipment is all top-notch and easy to find in the labeled drawers and cabinets. There were more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, towels, extra blankets and pillows - everything we needed to serve our large group. The house is beautiful inside and out, while also being cozy and very comfortable. Everyone in our group was so impressed, and everyone had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful property!”
Great house for Multiple Generations
“This was our third trip to Saugatuck, and it was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. We had 11 people ranging in age from 6-67. The house was well equipped from top to bottom. The kitchen was well stocked (with cabinets & drawers labeled!), plenty of bath towels for everyone, and beach chairs/umbrellas! We also enjoyed a serious ping pong tournament, and the space to spread out! The location could not be more perfect for kids, with sports fields next door and walking distance to the chain ferry! The owner was very prompt and patient with all my questions. We would recommend this house to everyone, and will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Saugatuck!”

“This home was an excellent choice for our 7 person leadership team to host our business retreat. The accommodations were spotless and everything was easy to find and use. We enjoyed having the dining room, living room(s), and porches to relax and have some great discussions. Alex was easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay. The proximity to the downtown shops and eateries allowed us to easily walk to and from town for dinner each night. The large televisions allowed us to view our presentations via the hdmi connection on our laptops. The kitchen contained everything we needed to supply breakfast and lunch each day. We will definitely consider coming back here next year for our retreat. Thanks!”
Beautiful Home - Peaceful and Relaxing
“This was our second time staying in this property. We stayed with 14 ladies, sisters and adult nieces, and really enjoyed the place. The location is great, close to wine tasting, shopping, night life. The Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals. The large farm table was great for gathering and playing games. Plenty of area for sleeping, bedrooms are very large that we could hang out for our late evening talks. If you have a large family , or a couple of families this is the place to stay, you won’t be disappointed. I Thank the owners for providing such a wonderful place for our family to get together. We will be returning again next year.”
